I'm very disappointed with Motorola. I upgraded to this for my son due to it being more durable looking than the other phones available. It's reliability is zero. I upgraded in August 2009 and he used the phone for 1 month. My son was complaining about this for about a week and I decide to call t-mobile. Too late to exchange for something different. They send us out another one. My son doesn't want to deal with it so we switch phones and I use this. It's been 2 weeks for the exchanged phone and it's not working. Texting lags at least 5-10 seconds. Turning on the phone it says for quite a while searching....searching. When you receive a text and try to respond sometimes it won't go into the respond screen and just freezes on the text your friend sent. You have to turn the phone off to try to go back in. Then....searching....searching. Retrieving voicemail is frustrating to say the least. The phone lags on telling when a voicemail comes through when I miss a call and when I try to check when the message came through it doesn't and won't respond to #6 for date and time message was received. All it will let you do is save or delete the message. Called t-mobile again. They say I have to exchange again for the same phone. The phone is crap!
