Palm Scraps Foleo "Mobile Companion"

The fate of the Foleo so-called “Mobile Companion” was sealed in a letter released today from Palm, Inc. President and CEO Ed Colligan. Citing as the primary reason a need to focus the company’s “energies on delivering [the] next generation platform and the first smartphones that will bring this platform to market,” Mr. Colligan has canceled the current Foleo product, but not the project as a whole.
